"Cassandra at this location is simply hands down one of the best in customer service that I have come across (and that is saying a lot since I’ve worked in customer service myself for over twenty years). I wanted to order a soaring heart mattress, but had serious issues with their lack of good customer service. So, I reached out to the joinery in a last ditch effort to get help and purchase a soaring heart mattress. Cassandra could not have been more kind or attentive, and sensitive to what I had already been through. I had even been given a significant discount with soaring heart which would not apply through the third party joinery, but did not mind; to me, the most important thing is to work with a company who consistently represents itself via friendliness and kindness. Throughout the process, which took several weeks since the beds are made to order, Cassandra was so wonderfully detail oriented and thorough- always promptly responding and making sure to set expectations in terms of when the next steps would occur, all while being very professional and friendly (she has a great sense of humor too, and made me laugh several times). It is crystal clear she genuinely cares very much about the customer’s experience. If only more folks like her existed out there!! Due to her exceptional representation of the company- I will happily purchase more items from the Joinery in future, as long as I can work with Cassandra!"
