BIRD DROPPING CAN GET SMALL CHILDREN SI CK , SO THE INFO IN THE OLYMPIAN PAPER / NEWS REPORTING UNSAFE WATER, BACTERIA FROM Coli , THE Natural things in the water reports fr different locations from reports oh getting I'll after visiting the water public swimming , wading areas that people bring their kids and animals for activities to lessen the hot weather ....so not yelling here the sun is taking over my screen ... forgive me if I'm in error here ,I read that symptoms not leathal but may cause STOMACH upset. OR body after being exposed can itch .. nothing to worry about it will go away. But health code by law has to let public be aware of the possibilities since they test and find BACTERIA IN THE WATER.. Well great how do we determine that it's not that harmful, .. exposure to already persons with cancers, allergies, auto immune system disorders..what can we actually attest that three things aren't harmful or cause liver and or kidney issues...well. My option from what I see here ... DEFINITELY NOT FROM HUMAN WASTE... It's industrial in the waters ,marina site....could there be some illegal dumping from boats. . ?? A PIPELINE BURSTS fr being old .. SEWAGE FROM CARGO SHIPS .. well get college and high school kids interested in ecology and environmental testing to use this incident for training flip the negative to a positive to keep our environment cleaner for fish and wildlife and animals including our human population... Put government spending to good use instead of wasting dollars on instant fixes that hard working families end up making up for through tax inflation I'm areas some could do without..... ARE WE thinking of the future ? ARE WE Just THINKING HOW DO WE CORRECT OVERSPENDING,. QUICK IDEAS TO PLEASE THE PUBLIC ON WHY INCREASED RATES ARE SUPPOSED TO KEEP THINGS FROM DEPLETING. WE GRT YO PAY FOR ERRONEOUS ACTIONS YET NO COMPENSATION FOR THOSE THAT ARE JILTED , FAMILIES THAT STRUGGLE ,LOSS OF PROGRAMS THAT HELP COMMUNITIES, ELDERLY SERVICE,SPECISL NEEDS EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, CITY AMD COUNTY EMPLOYEE CUTS , THE LIST GOES ON.. INDIRECTLY WE GET CONTROLLED WHAT EE CAN AFFORD, WHAT STR HARD EARNED MONEY GRYS ALLOCATED.. ECONOMY COST, TOO MUCH ..OR TOO LITTLE OR NOT ENOUGH IT ALL DEPENDS ON I INDIVIDUAL NEEDS..R EVENTUALLY EVERYONE WILL EXPERIENCE SOME MAKPR HARDSHIP WITHOUT GETTING ASSISTANTS...THE PANDEMIC EAS A HUGE EYE OPENER. THIS IS A GLIMPSE OF WHAT IS TO COME. UNLESS WE CHANGE THINGS, VOTE SPEAK OUR VIEWS ON WHAT'S GOING ON AROUND US THAT PEOPLE TRULY AREN'T KNOWLEDGEABLE . PEACOYT. "Cute and clean little park with picnic tables. No bathroom but portable toilets near parking. Depending on tide level you might be able to walk out along beach or find the water coming up the stairs which is pretty cool for the kiddos to experience. If you walk up the hill to the entrance you’ll spot a marked trail across the street that goes through the woods and leads all the way up to the Westside near Garfield Elementary area. I didn’t feel comfortable walking it with my daughter at that hour but I did the trail years ago and its really cool deep in there…literally and visually, a great warmer weather hike."

"Quiet waterfront park that is clean and well maintained. The State Capitol building appears in the distance. Bring a camera with good zoom capabilities if you're here for photos of that building."

"Neat little park With low tide you can walk around and see the different sealife living amongst the rocks, wood and water. Little crabs and shells abound. Barely any shade (as of June of '21) and the heatwave, we weren't able to stay as long as we wanted. The sign near the water also warns the water has not-so-good things in it and strongly recommend washing all of you at your first chance. So yeah, tread with care I guess."

"Beautiful peaceful place to take a moment to yourself or to get out for a walk with family and friends. I love how it was created for a peaceful place for people in the community to go and enjoy themselves and have the opportunity to meet new people... intentions were great when they made this park.... i love how there is a little spot for the kids to be able to be down on the beach like area and be able to touch the Puget sound."
