"I contacted the store via their website as I'm unable to travel to the store. They are a dealer for a specific couch I've been interested in. There were a few email exchanges but seemed to be a problem for Erin Macy to answer questions about possible other solutions. Sorry, Erin. I'm not going to rush to spend $4k on a piece of furniture that may or may not work for me with no way to recoup my investment if it doesn't suit my needs. Not answering pretty easy emails about products you carry is a piss-poor customer service response. I'll shop elsewhere."
"My sister had them redo her living room and they did a fantastic job. Her room is stunning and it fits her style perfectly. We were struggling to pull our room together with new furniture we purchased prior to knowing about them. We went in for a visit and met Jasmine. We are so glad we did. She did a phenomenal job pulling together exactly what we were hoping for. Go see them, you won't regret it. I was afraid it would feel snooty, but I was so wrong. Everyone there was so nice and accommodating. They will make you feel right at home. Jasmine was great at suggesting what we asked for but was never pushy. They can get you anything style to fit your dreams."
