"I just want to say that the people you talk to on the phone are very nice, but... I had an MRI scheduled and got a text two days before to verify, I verified and got a confirmation. Took 3 hours off work, went to the appointment and was told it was cancelled two days prior. Apparently it hadn't been approved, even though I got a letter from the week before from L&I saying that I had approval and had a confirmation text from these people for the appointment. Called the Imaging scheduling and they said they had called me and left a message to cancel two days ago. No they didn't, no call from them at all or any message besides the one they sent ME verifying my appointment. Now I don't get to find out what's wrong with my knee for another month!"
"We saw our primary, who referred us to an orthopedic surgeon, the orthopedic surgeon referred us to MRI department, scheduled appointment a month out for the MRI on a dislocated knee and broken knee cap and a child patient, drove an hour to get to appointment a month upon arriving told MRI had been canceled because of insurance and no approval for MRI, CALLED INSURANCE THEY SAID ISSUE WAS RESOLVED MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT, CALLED AGAIN ANOTHER MONTH OUT, MADE APPOINTMENT DROVE TO MARY BRIDGE AND AGAIN CANCELLED APPOINTMENT AND WAS TOLD THAT THE ORTHO SURGEON COULD NOT REFER HAD TO BE FROM PCP, CALLED PCP SHE SENT A REFERAL, MADE THIRD APPOINTMENT, THIS TIME CALLED DAY BEFORE TO CONFIRM AND ONCE AGAIN APPOINTMENT CANCELLED! Very angry contacted insurance and threw a fit, insurance stated MRI had been approved on three separate occasions, the approval was faxed however MRI must not have recieved the fax!! Still NO MRI, ITS BEEN THREE MONTHS! With a kid in a brace! With real injuries that have gone untreated! THIS IS WHAT PRIVATE INSURANCE AND FOR PROFIT HEALTHCARE IS ALL ABOUT, it has nothing to do with the care of people, it has to do with care of the bottom line! My husband served this country for 20 years as a Navy Seal, and currently is a United States Marshall and we cannot get our child the care she needs because of a fax! Unacceptable and insulting!"
"They where amazing...Very kid friendly. My baby was only 7months old but still explained everything to him. All the workers in radiology/imaging department where amazing at keeping me calm, offered to help carry our stuff, the biggest thing is my son was their priority so he had all the attention and they did everything possible to keep him calm relaxed laughing entertained and so much more. Thanks for making a stressful time a lot less stressful. The most important my son loved every last one of the people that helped us."
"My daughter has an umbilical hernia. We saw a pediatric surgeon on a Thursday and went in the O.R. the next. My daughter was treated amazingly by very nice doctors. Will definately again."
"I had an absolute horrible experience with staff and doctors. They tell you one thing and do another. I called in a tried to get a refill and everybody passed the buck from one person to the next. I don't understand why we pay such high doctor bills and fees if the service is crap. I hope multi-care clinics really start to hire staff that will take accountability for there own actions. If not I foresee this company going under. I will never go back to this place again maybe they can bank on welfare patience keeping them up and going."
