"within 5 minutes of me being in the store, the young lady came up and took my items to keep at the till. made me extremely uncomfortable. she was also constantly watching me like a hawk, making me feel as if she was suspicious of me stealing. i drive a 40k vehicle sweetheart, i don’t need to steal $3 pens. way to make your paying customers feel extremely uncomfortable in their own skin. will not return, ever."

"I was extremely unhappy with the service I received from Aberdeen office equipment. The gals in the front are very friendly and accommodating but the owner is another story. He refuses to call our facility prior to sending a tech out to service our unit. When informed that people are not usually present in the office, thus we would need a heads up prior to a tech arriving, he simply said that's just too difficult. " When we are in the area, we stop in at our convenience," was his answer. He also said we could simply go find someone else to service our copier. Very unhappy with the owner and lack of customer service. We are taking our business elsewhere!"
