"Bad experience. I fainted during a biopsy. They monitored me for about 30 minutes. I was alone and had to drive myself home still feeling foggy. Never called to make it sure I made it home ok. Biopsy wound would not heal. (Afraid of infection)I called their nurse line included in the after care instructions. I was majorly dismissed and got rude pushback when I asked them to check it out. Said to see primary doctor. Good luck getting in fast to your doctor!! Hilarious!! Went to urgent care and they were perplexed that breast center didn’t tend to me! Their ointment didn’t help and had to wait for appointment month and half later w/ primary doctor. Serious lack of compassion from the staff at the providence breast center. They failed me badly in regards to safety in driving light headed and also in aftercare."

"I’ve had numerous mammograms, an ultrasound, and a biopsy here. The staff, from the receptionist to the person who sees me to the exit, are always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The center itself is calm and peaceful, and, in turn, helps you feel the same. If you need a mammogram, I highly recommend the Providence Safeway Foundation Breast Center."

"Over the last 3 weeks, I have had 3 appointments at this location and was impressed each time. From mammogram, to ultrasound, to biopsy, each appointment was on time and all employees were kind and friendly. Not once did I have to wait beyond my appt. time to be called back. I was never left alone for prolonged amounts of time, as I have at many other facilities. The lobby was clean & comfortable. The waiting room with private changing rooms & secured lockers provided next level comfort during stressful events. The gowns are heated, for goodness sakes. Most importantly, each person I interacted was warm, considerate and informative. They answered all of my questions, communicated effectively and put my mind at ease with each procedure & next step. Thank you!"

"They are very concerned and caring. All wait areas are clean, comfortable, and accessible. Due to HIPPA, I would not photograph, but take my word for it, pre covid, it was very spa like in comfort and spatial arrangements. It's still very nice, but covid spacing has made it more clinical. I have a condition that takes more than the usual mammograms and they are always concerned for my comfort during procedures."

The staff is very personable and conscientious and attempt to make the whole event less uncomfortable. They are also very timely in getting you in and done, so you can be on your way."
