"I have used this imaging office for quite a number of things. I have had a whole variety of tests done here, from Mammograms to MRIs. And I have always had the most friendly and respectful help. From receptionist to technician, I have never had any reason to complain."

"It would be so nice if all medical facilities were like this one! It was easy to get an appointment, the receptionist was kind, and I waited less than 5 minutes to be called back. Kathy did my mammogram and ladies, it didn’t hurt a bit. Don’t be scared, just go do it, and ask if you can see Kathy. She was kind and gentle and fun to talk to as well, making all my nerves totally unnecessary."

"Today I spent over 3 hours on hold waiting in a que of 6 people. I was told to use the other call back option. It took 3 days to get a call back the last time I chose that option. This not a service provided; it is a farce. Hire more help. A three hour response time to schedule is ridiculous. I'll ask my PCP to refer me elsewhere. And there is more. When I arrived to checkin for my appointment there were two women at the desk. As I walked up one was watching something amusing on a phone. It took a moment for them to acknowledge me as the phone was now being shared. We started the checking process but the person at the computer was distracted by the phone between looking at the shared phone. In opinion it was pretty unprofessional for a medical establishment. The people in the back were great."

"Went in for an MRI. Everyone was very kind and courteous. Show up 15 minutes early for paperwork. They took me back right at my appointment time. The technician was very kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend this facility if you need an MRI."

"MRI’s are a procedure created by someone with a personal vendetta against injured people. However, I came in for imaging of my knee, I was seen quickly and treated so kindly. Was checked on throughout the whole thing. I have had lots of experiences in medical offices, both working in one and being a patient, and I felt so helped and assured during the entire process. They made the whole thing 10x easier!"
