"You cannot speak to anyone on the phone ahead of time. I arrived to 0 people being served and signed in as a walk in for a time sensitive test. Immediately someone came out and said no walk ins despite their signs and automated phone saying walk in. Choose literally anywhere else"

I was so nervous to set up a blood draw for my daughter with ASD who is very sensitive, but Briana went above and beyond to help reassure us! She was professional, knowledgeable, and helped us find solutions when we hit a snag with the complex labs we needed. She even escalated our situation quickly to her supervisor who also came up with workable solutions! I am confident when we need lab work again that we will get excellent service here! I also observed that all the staff had great rapport with the clients (and each other) and everyone who was waiting was served quickly. I know these labs can feel sterile when they serve so many people, but this place is a real find because of the staff!"
