"My husband and I have gone to this park over the course of two days, as we were visiting from out of town and camping, we liked using the main shelter as an area to cook our meals. Every time we went to the park there was a homeless (??) man sitting at a table (with a bike, incense, candle, music blaring, and smoking) and a homeless man camping by the main bathrooms. The man at the table was constantly on the phone (we started to suspect he was just talking to himself) and swearing every other word. His conversations ranged from Vietnam, being a security guard, very knowledgeable about the lumber business, sulfates, his wine business, a lawsuit, college education, etc. All in all the park was okay, a little bit rundown, but where the park truly shines is through this man’s performance. Please only like this review if you’ve seen him"

"Stopped here on our way to Hoh rainforest. This park has nice things from small to older kids, from swings (lots of them), slides, climbing stairs, sand box. Plenty of parking, restrooms available. Next to this there are some pickleball fields and lots of benches. Nice stop after a long drive."

"On our way to Hoh rain forest we stopped at Subway and picked food then starting looking for a place to have lunch and kids to run around! This was quiet and easily found parking. There is a huge picnic area to celebrate parties. It's a huge park with old locomotive and tank secured in couple spots. Kids loved it!"

"Happened to notice a Train engine as we drove by. One of the kids is still interested in all things rail related still as almost a teenager. The one that is here is very interesting. All wheel drive, with articulating hubs. this was quite the design for that day and age. We also checked out the mini track gun. Park looks like it would be fun to play sports in, have a family picnic, or just chill under a tree for a while."

"Great park and events for the forks 4th of July. Grew up in forks and the park is always well taken care of. Derby and fireworks every year. Always a great event to bring the family."
