"Let's you schedule an appointment online even though they are closed (which i found out when i got there). This company is the worst."
"It's not even open, it says under construction on the door. We parked in the back and walked all the way to the door to find out it wasn't even open just so people are aware. I'm surprised it's not posted on here that it's temporarily closed."
"I went to the safeway quest for a blood test...most of the time I have been in safeway nobody in the lab waiting. I went in and was chewed out for not having and appointment by a young man lab attendant. I was the only one there and he lectured me to the point I was ready to leave. I said do the test or forget it. He did it. His next appointment was 10 minutes after me. These male quest people are creeps. The ladies are wonderful. Most of the time. Get rid of the males...useless trash."
"On 7/5/23 All the disabled parking was blocked by Abbott Construction. There is not a safe way to bring disabled people to lab appointments at this time. There is no provision to accommodate ADA wheelchairs or walkers or any disabled person. I would suggest closing this lab till proper accommodations occur."
"I had a great experience! I was called in 5 minutes after signing in (I did have an appointment and was not a walk in). The phlebotomy tech was very nice and no pain during the blood draw. The closest parking spot to the center is the one farthest south in the parking lot. Take the walkway west and enter the first door to the north."
