"I have always had trouble with technicians finding a good vein to draw a blood sample from ever since I started getting blood tests. I’ve been at this location twice and have had two different technicians and both were quick and easy, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes (with an appointment). It’s not very fun getting your blood drawn and can be a nerve racking experience so I appreciate that they are experienced and well trained so they can get the vein the first time and not add extra stress needing to poke me multiple times. Tests also come back for me in about a day which is much appreciated!"
"Came in to get a set of labs done for my doctor. They text system of reminders and for the check ins was very helpful and easy to use. The tech Jobany was very kind, professional, and quick. I really appreciated their clarity."
"My toddler needed to use the restroom upon arrival and the flusher was broken. Upon communicating this issue to a staff member, they dismissed it and kept walking by even though it prevented our ability to use the only restroom facilities available there. The sign in the lobby says kids are welcome and when it came to be my turn to complete my drug screen they told me my infant & toddler couldn't come back with me and that they wouldn't keep an eye on them for the 5 seconds it took to complete my urine sample. Looks like my experience was similar to many others - Quest employees went out of their way to be unhelpful."
"Worst lab experience ever. Technician was rude and was clearly trying to get rid of me. Incompetent poke followed by painful moving and jabbing of the needle. Had to switch to other arm. First arm not bandaged enough to stop bleeding as I was dismissed. I will never use Quest again."
"Never again. The portal has always worked so I took it for granted. I went in for bloodwork several weeks ago, was told the results would be ready in 2-4 days. Now weeks later I cannot get any information on my results, trying to even find customer support is near impossible - finally found a phone call and it said "if you are not calling during our business hours call back later, goodbye" I was calling during business hours, just got hung up on by the computer. The AI chat is no better, no matter how you phrase your question the reply is "I don't understand your question" or "I can't answer your question". The local number is a recording that tells you to go to the website, no email address for customer support. Circle jerk of frustration. Having zero customer service available is just not acceptable. Two stars because when there aren't issues the portal works well and the onsite testing and scheduling is smooth."
