"I usually spend a decent amount of money in this store. The owner is not accommodating for faulty products. Pen broke as I walked out of store. I realized that and came back. Said its not his problem. I even offered extra money for a working pen. He said to buy a new one. He would've made a 40$ sale off one pen. He refused. Now he has 30$ and lost a loyal customer. Good job guy."

"So this place is a less than 5 minute walk from where I stay, so the location is good! I give it a 3 star rating because I come here pretty frequently, my sister also goes here & same for my dude - my issue is petty af' (probably to MOST of you though I bet lolz... ) Anyway, there has been numerous times that the damn cashier will keep my change after I pay! He has never tried to pocket any bills yet but the change is where he gets it! & It's usually not too much change & I've never had an issue with it & I still have never said one word about it! But then there's a day where I was in need of a lighter baaad & found a refillable cheapo on the counter & I was literally only a few cents short & he wouldn't cover it nor allow me to get it back to him on my next visit! SMH!! Especially after all the damn times those m****r f******s kept my measly few cents!! I thought with me doing that, that if I ever needed assistance in the future with covering something I wasn't too short on, that he wouldn't mind but ABSOLUTELY NOT. Not the pay it forward type of store smh."
