"The spa needs some TLC. Hot tub jet not working. Tiles break off the hot tubs. The spa used to be great condition. Shower shampoo/soap pump not working! Had a scrub. Sorry. It was unpleasant when the attendant has garlic breathe ."

"First time visiting the establishment. Front desk was super friendly and helpful in explaining how they operate, what to expect, and what they offer. I went with a female friend and we each got a day pass and an additional service. She got a scrub and I got a 60-minute deep tissue massage. They space was clean, we got towels and some spa clothing for the co-ed areas. Each of the pool spaces (including steam room and sauna) are gender specific and entirely nude. No one is weird about it, at least while I was there. Lots of body shapes and sizes, we’re all there to relax and enjoy! The therapy rooms, like salt room, clay room, ice room, etc… is all in the cooed space so spa-provided clothing is required (pink for women, blue for men). My massage was good, I’ve never had a deep tissue massage so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I’m not sure that it’s for me but I’m looking forward to my next visit and trying out a scrub."

"Last night was our third time and I was really disappointed at the end. I loved the saunas and pools themselves, but they closed early without warning. The signage everywhere says they close at 10:30. I was there with a group for ladies night and we had planned specifically when to get out of the pools to shower and dry hair before leaving and heading home to bed. We brought scrubs and masks to use. We were sitting in the cold pool when a worker came and said we close in 10 mins (it was 9:50). I challenged her but she held firm it was 10. It was really a disappointing way to end our rare, kid free evening. I went home with wet hair and unshowered and woke up my kids showering when I got home. If we had been given even a 20 minute heads up we could have used the time differently. Next time I will confirm before we go in when they actually close."

"Wow what a wild and amazing experience. Yesterday I spent several hours here doing some self pampering. I did walk in and signed up for the Diamond Package but was able to enjoy the facility before my appointment time. I recommend starting downstairs. You wear their clothes when in the Ice Room, Jade Room and Clay room. Amazing. I recommend spending about 20 min in each. I then went up stairs to get into the tubs before starting my appointment. They cold is very cold but not bad after the hot. All very relaxing. I don’t enjoy saunas but there is a dry and a steam sauna options. It is naked in the bath areas and they are separated by gender. The diamond package was 90 min. and absolutely amazing. She scrubbed the bejesus out of me and I was like a fresh newborn baby with my amazing skin. So much dead skin came off it was WILD. Then came the moisturizing oils and facial with massage. They even wash your hair for you. Truly amazing. I loved my experience and it was worth the money. My only suggestions to increase relaxation would include music and dimmer lights in the tub area and maybe even some aromatherapy. Thank you for a great experience!"
