When I finally had time to stop at his store to ask him about it, the store was closed mid-day. I went back an hour later and he was there. He agreed that he overcharged me and would work on my refund - which I never got. You owe me 25 bucks Tek. I'm not going to waste more time on you for 25 bucks but I will let others know. Beware consumer!"
