"Lupe is the owner and the provider for the service. The scheduling was very easy via text, she was also the one scheduling me as well. I had to fill in some paperwork since this is my first time seeing her, but I know I will be going back to her in the future. She is very pleasant and professional. The only thing she didn't do well is selling, I know it sounds weird, but she doesn't know how to sell her products! I had to ask and squeeze pricing out of her, and even then, she wanted to check the prices online, on Amazon and Dermstore to price match because she said, she wouldn't want to get something if she could it cheaper online. And not to mention the dermalogica post peel kit that she gave me after our session itself is almost $40 if I buy them online. I honestly don't know how she makes money, but then again, during our session, she talked about why she does what she does. She wants to help other people, make others feel more relax and provide them a place to have some me-time. Since this is the first time that she is doing facial for me, she took time to consult me what I want and what I am doing for. During the session, she customized and tailored the process and products to my specific needs. I would highly recommend her service to anyone!"

"Get in now while Lupe still has openings! She's a master Aesthetician who just started working for herself. I got micro-needling with PRP today. I expected pain, but there was NO PAIN WHATSOEVER!! Lupe numbed me with a long pre-treatment face massage. The needling ITSELF felt like a massage!! Lupe is a caring expert and an over-giver. I can't believe I got so lucky to find her! It wasn't in-and-out like one might get elsewhere. Most redness was gone in an hour and my 68 yo skin already looks worlds better.
