"Went to their new location for the first time thinking it would be better stocked than the old one but I was wrong! I couldn’t find what I needed and there was no employee around to ask. All of a sudden a woman (short hair) approached me asking if there was something she could help me with but in a very condescending tone. Even my son noticed the attitude, she treated me like if I was stealing something and when I asked her about the items I was looking for she didn’t even bother to check and just told me they didn’t have them. The way she treated me made me so uncomfortable that I decided to leave. Not surprised with this situation, many people have said the same about Ulta staf…. Racist vibes"

"Like the new location! But when I brought up my mom's phone number to the cashier for Ulta rewards, I had to repeat it 3 times! Her name is Anaiya! It shouldn't be that hard to hear the phone number the first time! The most frustrating thing that's ever happened to me!"

"Went in on a quiet Sunday morning, wandered for over thirty minutes and no one acknowledged me. There was drama in the salon. An employee almost walked into me looking down at her phone. Super disappointed with my experience as someone who gets overwhelmed in skincare shops and doesn’t go often. I have zero desire to give them my business."

"I love the salon and always book Robin! She’s amazing and a sweetheart. 5 stars for her! However, the store inside has less to be desired. The testers for makeup products are usually missing or extremely dirty. I was wanting to inquire about my foundation shade in Too Faced products, but all of the testers in my shade were missing. The Drunk Elephant area was also missing many of its own testers and had streaks everywhere of product. I hope for this store to improve in it’s stock and cleanliness in the future."
