"This has been my go to shop for a while. I felt compelled to to leave this review because of the the great experience I had the night of 10/21. I was in need of an all new setup. I know the basics but I’ve never been an expert. After asking a few questions the gentleman working that evening helped me pick something that I really liked. I left and went to my car and tried to set it up. I thought I had the wrong batteries so I went inside to ask. My problem was that there were adapters for the batteries in the box but I wasn’t even aware that was a thing. He was kind, patient, and friendly and helped my out quickly. I was set up and ready to go. It feels like these days retail experiences are a bit more rigid and transactional. This shop makes it welcoming and I’ll gladly continue to use this shop."
