"I love this shop, I am a regular customer and last week I was at this location when said incident happened with this guy "Reece" who left a review. I would like to state that what he is saying happened, was not the truth. The girl working was very nice to these rude people (this guy Reece and his mother) all they were trying to purchase was butane. He never asked to see any dab rigs nor did his mother have intent to buy incense, he asked his mom if she wanted anything and she replied NO before his card declined for butane. He never even glanced at dab rigs. And the cashier never said any of the things he claimed she did, she even told him where to he could use an atm but was "nasty" with him? LOL! You're a joke Reece, stop trying to make a small business look bad all because your mommy who had to buy your butane for you was asked nicely to wait for you outside the store because it was busy. It's a smoke shop common sense says you can't just hang out in a small family owned store where its 1 person that has to keep eyes on everyone. You never asked for the owners number and she never said she was the manager or owner to you! NONE of that was said. I was in the store before you came in and after you left and now that I'm finding out today that you left a review lying I would like to clarify the record for Google and the manager. Boo hoo Reece take your $5 somewhere else! Puff Puff Smoke Shop, this employee and the owner are amazing!!!! I'll always be a loyal customer to this location BECAUSE of the young lady working here! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
