"Any store can sell you something for a profit. What defines a *good* store is what happens when an issue with their product occurs. I have spent a little less than a grand here but it took my first issue for me to realize just how nasty the owner was. I had purchased a vape from their discount rack (which I get is going to be a less desirable product hence the discount), however I received a completely unusable product. The vape was beyond obviously expired and couldn't be used by anyone. This wasn't a taste issue... I looked up the company the vape was made by and they haven't been in business for over 5 YEARS. This explains the complete burning cotton taste of the vape. Now I am completely reasonable. I brought the vapes back with me when I was going to make another purchase to let the owner see. I figured he had no idea how bad these were and would get it. I didn't even want a full refund.. I would have taken $5 of the $20 spent off the $100 purchase I was making... Even though I deserved a full refund. Considering the massive margin on these it shouldn't have been an issue. That's when I learned the owners true colors. Not only would he not even hear me out, try the vapes himself, etc. He literally just threw them onto the floor. This is after I've been here over and over, spent plenty, had no issues, talked with them past my purchase.... Pure greed. That's all it is. Any friendly communication you have will be behind a mask of disdain he his holding back to take your money. The reason you spend 300 to 400% more buying in store is so you can handle things like this. Don't be a fool like me and give someone like this your money. Just buy off healthcabin or another one of the sites. You may as well save 75 to 80% on the price and not be insulted by a shortsighted greedy owner who is willing to lose a regular customer to get rid of $2 to $3 in old inventory. If you need to buy locally go down the road a couple streets to Price is Right by the NAPA. At least there the owner respects his customers and has cheaper prices anyways."
