"The owner of the store is a wonderful guy who is helpful, and knowledgeable. The prices are fair and I have come here a lot over the years. Recently I had a negative experience with one of his employees who talked down to me about something I know a lot about, he was also rude to other customers in the store. When I needed to ask about a product, he acted as though he was annoyed I was even alive and barely looked up from what he was doing, cleaning one of the glass shelves. I checked my account later to see that I was overcharged, $40 for a $25 piece. The only reason this is not a 5-star review is because of this employee, otherwise love this store."
