"Every single time I do a spray tan here at University Village Desert Sun- the young ladies at the front desk do not turn on the bed. I am so disgusted. I have to undress-redress 3 x for them to simply turn on the button. This time- after buying an expensive package - they did it again. Smirking the whole time. I don't think they deserve a job when they abuse customers for their juvenile amusement..I asked who the manager was; they refuse a card- said her name was Emma. And she said Callie is at fault. Please correct your employee poor behavior. Also- there is no chair in room 9- no hanger for clothes. Not acceptable."

"The girl working when I went in to sign up for tanning before a upcoming trip was great! She explained all the packages and the extra benefits each offered and helped me figure out which one I needed to get to my desired look. Also the shop was very clean and the bed I used was great! Totally a winning experience!"

"I wish I paid more attention and got the sales associates name, but I would like to recognize her for her professionalism, finding me the best price for Desert Sun's services (and not pushing any sales pitches), and also being sure to fit me with the right merchandise and notify me of sun bed safety. She mad the experience comfortable and had great customer service-and the tanning room and bed were clean as well. I look forward to my future visits."

"In my mind they deserve 5 stars based on the fact that my wife loooves them & she doesn’t like anyone lol jk but really they are very pleasant at this location. It’s clean, nothing is perfect especially with the amount of people that are in an out daily, but these girls do a good job! Some of these negative comments stating it’s dirty & there are cobwebs.. I work in brand new structured buildings and they have cobwebs so that irrelevant it’s just going to happen. Now the towel thing come on girl your just going to use it anyway what’s the big deal?? Why should she fold it or give you a folded towel for you to unfold it? That’s petty and makes no sense."
