"Pharmacy staff is incredibly rude. Heard the male employee that was helping us tell the female pharmacist, complaining that they want the price for the name brand, and that they don’t understand why they filled the script. Generic Vyvanse is in back order, I get it, but that was unnecessary."

"I have had my medications filled here for almost 3 years and everyone has always been nice, very pleasant interactions between myself and whomever. However a different man helped me today over the phone and he was so rude. He had no manners and as I said oh ok thank you, and was about to ask another question about my meds, he hung up on me. I was shocked. The entire interaction was rude. He sounded older, and impatient. He didn't even acknowledge where I called. I almost thought I had the wrong number."

"I have been filling our family's prescriptions here for over 30 years. They have always treated me like family! Joel and James are efficient, kind and good at their job!! I realize they are a popular store, and have many customers; but they never fail to make me feel special! Ben is great too!"

"Great staff, (minus the issue below) clean store, almost always had my medications when I needed them. I only give 1 star because I was lied to and facts were misrepresented to me. I had a physician drop me as a patient for being "non-compliant" over needing to fill 1 medication at a different Rite Aid location 1 month due to an ordering mishap where they didn't get 1 of my medications in on time and it would have taken 4 addition days to get in. The doctor said I "transferred" a medication knowing that (per Rite Aid pharmacists) is NOT the case between 2 stores of the same pharmacy chain, however, Rite Aid would not look into it or help me in any way even tho I was told by 3 different pharmacy staffers that I would be helped. I never heard back."

"Blonde lady pharmacy tech who worked today is rude and lacks customer service skills , it’s probably because I’m a “minority” picking up a medication for a white woman. Can’t help that I’m an independent contractor and I’m just doing my job , she gave me the dirtiest looks, and when I said bye have a nice day she said “ yup”"
