Total Wine & More

"Used the Curbside Pickup service before Christmas and it was great. Tried again the day before Super Bowl and it was a disaster. They texted that my Order was ready, so parked in one of the numbered spots and followed the directions. Text said "someone will bring your order to you in 1 - 2 minutes". FIFTEEN MINUTES LATER I had seen nor heard from anyone. Went into the store, tracked someone down and she said "Oh Yeah (like this is all no big deal) she'll be RIGHT OUT." Well... another 5 to 7 minutes passed by and finally this woman comes out and says "Sorry, I had a bunch of DOOR DASH orders". Guess those are more important than My order. The stuff sat in the back of my car until Sunday Morning when I was doing Setup for my Super Bowl Party. Guess what... They didn't give me everything I had ordered and been charged for. Had to get in the Car and make a Mad Dash to the Grocery store to get the missing items. So not only was it NOT convenient. It was EXPONENTIALLY less convenient and MORE ANNOYING than had I just done it myself. Not to mention the fact that they charged me for goods not delivered, which I had to figure out and then spend MORE of my time to call the store, wait for a Manager, tell the whole stupid story and then sit around while she writes up a refund. When are these Retailers going to learn that the Marketing People cook up these "Convenient" options that the Retail options can't support. It only winds up PISSING PEOPLE OFF. TOTAL WINE is TOTALLY off my list!"
