"Whoever was 'in charge' when I arrived today was in the back just talking to her coworker (employee) with such disrespect and disgust that just going into the building was a drag. But then when I simply asked what color they thought would pair nice with purple I got a mansplained run down of how to lighten my hair (didn't ask but okay) and what warm tone hair dye or light tone I should use, just complete nonsense and then she proceeded to admonish me because I told her I wasn't asking about lightening my hair I just wanted a color pair. Pretty terrible interaction overall. Definitely will be going out of my way to travel to another Sally's."

"The gal that helped me today figure out the best way to curl my forever straight hair is amazing. I wish I could remember names, but she mentioned going to beauty school in the 90s. Anyway she was amazing and got me the perfect products and explained in detail how to get the results I wanted. I've been fighting curls for a long time and finally got the results I am looking for for my wedding next week. Thank you thank you thank you! "Bought a comb and was charged $3 more than what the price tag says. Was told to come back next day to talk to manager but was lied too because the manager was not working the next day. Very poor customer service. Should honor what price tag says and not rip people off and lie to them. DO NOT SHOP AT SALLY'S!!!"
