"Kathleen will stop at nothing to remedy your dermatology concerns! If one thing doesn't work she doesn't waste time or pass you off to someone else, she tries something new until you are satisfied. It was her persistence that kept my hopes alive of having my medical issue solved. She is also very friendly and personable and I cannot imagine her in a bad mood. She gladly takes your questions and does not make you feel rushed while doing so (even with 10 minutes appointments). The assistants and reception are also friendly. I recently learned my insurance no longer covers this practice, but in the future if I am referred to a questionable or unsatisfactory dermatology clinic, this location of Silver Falls Dermatology will be my first choice for a transfer. "My PCP sent a request for an appointment. We were planning on it taking a while to get in BUT the office called within a week and set an appointment the next week. Fast. Going in for a biopsy is scary. The staff and Kathleen were very sweet and made the experience go smoothly. They are very thorough I went in for a spot on my thigh Kathleen looked my whole body over and found another spot on my chin that she wanted to biopsy also. I felt like I was being taken care of. Still don't know the results but she said it could take up to 3 weeks. I have another appointment on Jan. 3rd to remove the stitches and hopefully clean biopsies. It was such a relaxing time that started out with nerves."

"Incredibly kind and understanding staff. I was taken back to a room promptly after my arrival and Ms Stewart was such an amazing provider. She clearly explained every thing she was doing which helped me feel understood, she also answered all of the questions I had and even came back after she had left because I forgot to ask her one. The rest of the staff were equally amazing from the receptionist to the medical assistants. Overall such a positive atmosphere and experience. I won’t be going anywhere else for my derm needs."
