"The lady assisting me there was super rude to me for no apparent reason. They don't accept my insurance and I told her my doctor had just called me to tell me my order was ready to pick up there but she corrected me "Actually your doctor called you to tell you we don't accept your insurance." In the absolute snarkiest tone as if she was on the phone with my doctor and I and I had no clue what i was talking about. I politely assured her my doctor didn't mention insurance and just advised me to pick up my prescription. She continued to become more aggressive with me. One of the other employees had to step in for her because they seemed to notice how unprofessional she was being. They were helpful and able to assist me properly. I will not be going back there again! The whole experience with that lady was uncomfortable and felt unprofessional. As someone working two jobs in customer service, I would never talk to a customer that way."
