"We went here to look at engagement rings with another couple, the staff at this location was extremely unprofessional and didn’t seem willing to help us out. I’m guessing it’s because we all looked “young” to them? Whatever it was, we ended up purchasing beautiful rings from Helzberg because of how much nicer and helpful their staff was. “Don’t judge a book by its cover” should be what the employees here should start practicing more."

"Service was fine, but the person who helped us said to my wife “is it time to get her a bigger diamond? we do have sales on them right now.” I mean, I get you want to make sales, but commenting on the size of a diamond is highly inappropriate. For the record, my diamond is the perfect size and I love my ring and have since the day I got it. Saying it’s time to get your partner a bigger ring is just rude in my opinion."

"Awful jewelry experience. We went to shop for wedding bands, found two and were quoted a price. We went back later in the day to buy the rings and at the final add up of charges we’re told one of the rings is $250 dollars more. They looked at the iPad and the price said $249. They typed in the SKU and it came up $249 but when they scanned it the ring came up $499. We told the sells person there’s a difference and she immediately becomes defensive says it’s the wrong ring, wrong SKU, etc... But everything is right and their system says $249. The manager comes over and says “our sell ended Tuesday.” And we say we were in later that day. He had no idea what was going on. They said they will reach out to their district manager to learn more but when i returned the next day they said “it’s a glitch, there’s nothing we can do.” This was the absolutely most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had shopping let alone for such a significant purchase. If you want to be in good hands and trust the people you buy from DON’T GO HERE! I don’t know if they’re purposefully price gouging or if they’re trying to bait and switch but warn people not to go here. The other poor reviews lately confirm this is a mismanaged store. Take your money elsewhere. I’m debating reporting them because it was such a sketchy and I’m pretty sure illegal sells tactic. I would appreciate some sort of explanation. Thank you."

"Disappointed with how my service repair went. Dropped off a necklace chain 5week ago, I dropped it off, it was my necklace that I wear all the time. I was assured they call me when it's done. Now 5wks later no phone call, no email to me, I had to call in for status and it was completed. What's more frustrating is the info they had is not me it's the person that originally bought it, so nothing on the docs said I was the one that dropped it off. When I dropped it off, told them to not sending it to the person, send me my status of my necklace chain. Poorly done, not happy about it and if this happens again there's other places I can take it too that respects my info."
