"Went to this location to get some hair color for my wife. The dye turned her hair orange!!! She had to spend hundreds in a salon the next day. When I returned the unused items I was made to feel like a criminal. I was asked over and over if they were unopened and each time I said no. The clerk proceeded to open everything- WHAT??? Never going there again."

Never again came in on 03/27/22 @ 11:40am the lady working at Sally in silverdale should not be working there she has poor customer service and a bad business personality She told us to get out. So we did we took are business some were else.went to port orchard Sally and bought my daughters hair products there. Better customer service in port orchard.they need to get the corporate down there to silverdale and replace her with a better front desk customer service and friendly professional person working there."

"The store usually has good stock on their shelves. Customer service is a hit or a miss. Sometimes there are employees that know the products they are selling and some employees do not. You really should have an idea of what you’re purchasing before arriving in store. I no longer shop in store because of awful customer service experience. Shopping online is a better idea."
