"It’s 5pm and this place is closed in spite of what the posted business hours are. Unprofessional. Unacceptable."

"Deceitful Manager- I took 2 of my children to get theirs ears pierced and when the I asked why the price had gone up ( I took one of my other daughters to get her ears pierced about a month ago) The manager told me that all the priced had gone up. Unfortunately I didn't keep asking any questions. Tonight when I went to clean their ears, I realized why I paid $12 more- she charged us for the rapid heal solution, which is why it was more. So the honest answer is prices didn't go up, she upsold the product by lying and not telling us she was doing the rapid heal solution instead of the normal solution. Beware of her shady business practices, if she is willing to lie about prices/products what else will she do... I will not be bringing anymore of my children to this establishment."

"My daughter and I recently got our ears pierced by Egypt Brown. She was AMAZING! my daughter was really scared, but Egypt went above and beyond for my daughter. We kept talking my daughter through it, and distracted her. My daughter is extremely thankful to have Egypt to do her ears. She got her laughing, talking, and most importantly her ears pierced. She was super patient, creative with problem solving. If your kid gets scared easily this is the person to go to."

"Brought my daughter in as she has been looking forward to going to Claire’s all day. When I showed up I found a sign that stated “they were out to lunch and would be back in 45 minutes” however there was no time to when that 45 minutes began or would end so that was just left for the customer to try to guess and figure out. Sad to see a business loose out on potential business. While I waited for the business to re-open, I witnessed 4-5 customers come and go."
