"We wanted to stay “local” and give our sale to a small business. We hired Cloth Tattoo to make custom logo patches and sew them on to $200 Patagonia jackets (that we provided) which were being given to our employees as Christmas gifts. The owner accepted the order and was verbally told exactly where we wanted the patches to be sewn. Imagine our surprise when we went to pick up the jackets only to find that the patches had sewn in the wrong place, which essentially ruined ALL of the $200 jackets. We asked them to replace the jackets and they flatly refused, telling us that it was our responsibility as the customer to put our desired patch location in writing for them. They assumed no responsibility for this very costly mistake. On top of this, they refused to refund us what we had already paid for the patches and charged us for stitching them in the wrong place. If you want quality work that is done with precision and care, DO NOT use this company!"
