"Booked with Toxic. Came in for appt, he asked for more time and had 2 other customers ahead of me. Why was he double booked if I was scheduled 2 weeks before? Was also told he would contact me a week prior to my appointment to review the art, this did not happen. Paid a non refundable deposit..Have been tatooed by numerous artists before and have not had this issue"
