"I have been tattooed at 7 different tattoo parlors and Mammoth Tattoo Studio has easily been my favorite. Robin was my artist and was incredibly professional, helpful, creative and skilled. The shop primarily does traditional tattooing, which is obvious by seeing all the artists amazing work covering the walls, creating a real artistic atmosphere. My first experience with Mammoth Tattoo Studio was me just walking in and getting a ten minute conversation with Robin. He was able to take the idea I had in my head and translate it perfectly to a stencil with plans for bold lines and bright colors, my favorite! When I arrived at my appointment he had his set up ready. Then we spent some time talking about the stencil, the colors, and making sure that I was comfortable with his plan on how he was going to do the tattoo. We briefly discussed his rates before starting and they were very fair. That goes for everyone in the shop as well, they are there to make a living, not scam anyone out of money. Once the tattooing began, Robin stayed very professional but also able to have great small talk to get to know each other. Whether it was talking about the reasons for the tattoo or sports or just life in general, he was great at keeping me relaxed while still being extremely focused on what he was doing. I loved his work so much that I have since gotten another piece from him and brought my wife in for some ink as well. In all the visits I have had to Mammoth I have seen Robin and all the other artists doing amazing work on their clients. It is really a sight to behold and the whole shop has really made myself and my wife feel very welcome there and has always shown respect to our tattoo ideas and helped make them a reality. If for whatever reason you love Robin's work but aren't sure you want something tattooed, he also does some amazing paintings that he is willing to sell. I highly suggest anyone in the area to give the shop a call and set up an appointment with any of the artists, they are all quite talented."
