"Stumbled upon Cicada tattoo on Instagram one day and made an appointment with Ashley. I've had my fair share of tattoos (9 to be exact) over the last few years but what stood out to me was Ashley's willingness to be extremely flexible with my availability and responsiveness as we exchanged emails. She was transparent about the cost when I asked and even included the uplifted amount with tax! Day of my appointment, when I met Ashley at the door, I instantly felt comfortable with her as my artist. Ashley was already prepared for my appointment with different fonts printed out and different styles for the 2 tattoos I briefly discussed over email. Not only is Ashley very skilled at what she does but she is also very kind, funny, and understanding. I highly recommend. Thank you, Ashley!! I'll be back."
