"My husband and I love this Sherwin Williams location. Every visit has been great, and consisted of caring interactions with their employees. Our last visit (today) we worked with Anthony, who I believe is a manager of sorts for this location (didn’t ask to confirm). He provided us EXCELLENT customer service. Patient, extremely kind, and did what he needed to do to find our paint needed at another store since they didn’t have it in stock at this location that day, prior to that doing everything he could to try and find a previous order for paint match. We were well taken care of by Anthony! Awesome guy!!!"

"We went in at 2:30pm and was told it was an hour wait for paint and that they close at 6. We said we would be back to pick up our paint. We arrived exactly at 5:53, we had prior arrangements that we left early just to make it on time. The doors were locked and as we reached for the door the lights turned off. We could see employees in the office and they ignored us despite it not even being time for them to be closed. I tried to take a picture of their clock through the door which shows that it was still before 6pm. If the sign says 6pm you should be open until 6pm, especially if your company is running that far behind and expecting for someone to come back and get their order."
