"I was a walk in with a rough drawing of what I wanted. The artist redrew it and created EXACTLY what I was imagining. The whole experience was probably one of the best I’ve ever had at a shop. "I got my first work done by Aaron (or anybody, for that matter) two weeks ago, and just finished up my second visit with him today to finish up my half-sleeve. I have no experience with any other shops around for comparison sake, but am definitely pleased with his work. His communication is great, we conversed via text a good handful of times over the last couple weeks about the work that was done or being planned to be done. He was always timely, friendly, and helpful with his responses. He's polite and willing to work with you to get you what you want. And he's got great creative input if you're looking for advice about ideas as well. Good conversation, clean shop, welcoming business. A lot of positive things to say and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to get work done."

"I have now completed five sessions with Aaron (each being 4+ hours) and it has been an amazing experience. Aaron's creative mind is extraordinary and trustworthy. Studio: Aaron Tingey is the owner of Red Peony and has another artist that works in the studio but I have only been to Aaron. I have received tattoos from five different tattoo shops and Red Peony is easily my favorite. Reasons: 1. The shop is welcoming and very professional. 2. The shop is incredibly clean and sanitary. The lobby space and place you get tattooed is separated so there is privacy. 3. It is by appointment only, no walk-ins so you'll never feel like your appt is rushed. It's just you and Aaron. (People would come in to confirm their own appts and measurements occasionally but Aaron always made sure it was ok to step out and attend to them and at payment, Aaron would deduct the time that was spent attending to the other clients out of my payment. 4. Aaron is welcoming and a conversationist! He lets you choose the music during your session with no judgment. I have never felt uncomfortable playing my Reggae. 5. Plenty of parking but the studio is tucked away and can be a little hard to find. Try to go early just in case. (First visit - there are forms to fill out)"
