"I came to buy a couple missing bolts I need for my install. I just need 3 bolts. The guy took great care of me, making sure I got the right parts. They even went inside and switch the parts to a heavier duty (stainless) bolts once he know I'm using it for outdoor. When I ask how much it is, they just said don't worry about it. I think they deserve recognition for going above and beyond knowing that they won't even charge me money for the parts. I will be back for any future needs!"

If you go there with a problem, they go out of their way to solve it, compare this to some place like Home depot where the help is a lot less personal.
