"First time going here, I scheduled an appointment for 4pm for my husband and I to get matching tattoos before our vacation and we got there filled out the paperwork, they said he was finishing up with someone’s tattoo… Well around 4:50 he finally came to talk to us he asked what we were thinking and asked me for pictures of what we want but I had already sent them to him the day before explaining what we wanted…. I even sent him the pictures.. I ALSO received a text message back confirming he got my text and the pics! He had nothing drawn up, and my husband worked at 7. He just seemed so unprofessional and careless. Didn’t seem to matter to him we had an appointment and drove all the way there! I worked a 10 hour shift that same day and drove over an hour for this appointment. He didn’t even apologize at all! We left without getting our tattoos! It was a waste of my time and my gas. I am so disappointed."
