"I was treated horrible and insulted by the owner, (Hanks). He accepted another appointment during my time of my appointment and I asked for a refund and he wouldn’t give it to me. He kept two of my deposits of $150 & didn’t refund me any of it plus didn’t even do my tattoo, which at that point I just wanted to not even have my tattoo done there after being insulted, all I wanted was my refund and to leave but he didn’t refund me & kept cursing at me with everything he kept saying towards me. — In respond to your comment below. Mr. Hanks just because you don’t like my review of my experience with your business doesn’t mean you have the right to bash my name out. I have never even made an appointment at Satori nor have I even been there whatsoever. I’m not even from The Dalles, OR. I come from a respected & educated family, I speak multiple languages plus I have a clean record. I am an independent & responsible woman; if I was acting supposedly according to you mentally unstable and trespassing don’t you think I would of been arrested or given a fine because of it? which was not the case. I also have prove of the way you cursed me and yelled at me because I video taped the whole thing and also showed the police on how you swore at me in front of everyone in your shop. I have prove of my appointment being accepted on the same time and same day that you accepted someone else’s appointment. I never cancelled that appointment that I had for that day. I also have emails of my appointment being accepted on the same time & day by you so no, I was not trespassing considering I had an appointment which you did not abide by nor was I refunded whatsoever. I explained to the police and showed all prove of videos that I taped for my safety on how aggressive you were being verbally towards me. I find it very unprofessional for a business that considering I signed a tattoo consent form which included my name and my personal information & this should be confidential between the client and the business yet is being shared online by the business."

Jacob has done both tattoos here, but I've watched his dad Larry, and Torey both interact with tattoo customers. All of their art is top-notch, and they make you feel very at ease. Great guys can't say enough good things."
