"Bought multiple sections of stainless steel railings for my own personal home as a long time builder and cannot tell you how poorly they were to work with when it came to warranty problems. Several sections of railings on the exterior balcony and stairs started to rust & pit on stainless steel posts and railings. After multiple emails and pictures sent, with little or long delayed responses their answer was to give a minor discount on selling me all new orders. Have owned boats and commercial properties where I have had stainless exposed to harsher conditions then here in NC and had never seen stainless steel rust like this did. Sections of it would be fine but one post over or rail section over it would look like it was non-stainless. Would definitely not recommend this company or its products based on the quality of the materials and their failure to properly warrant their fitness of merchantability for the intended use."

"We would highly recommend AGS Stainless Steel Co. if you are considering a new or replacement railing system. Their combination of quality, service and value was very much appreciated. We lived close enough to AGS to stop by their facility to get an idea of what their company was about and how they operate. Everyone there was friendly. We were offered a full tour of their production shop and were impressed by the high tech clean sanitary environment in which they produce their railing systems. Most high volume production shops would be embarrassed to do that. AGS salesman Bob took great care of us while guiding us through the sales, design and production departments with excellent communication skill’s between all departments and us. The AGS design team took our layout,, fine tuned it and created a Clearview Rainier system that exceeded our expectations and came in under our budget.
