"Edit: They reached out and I spoke with a very helpful manager named Michelle. She understood the problem and immediately took care of it. She and most of the people there seem to really like what they do and it does show. I'm glad to spend my money with them. Spent hundreds and hundreds here. I didn't open a cart on the weekend I bought it and when I did it was bad so I drove there just to exchange it and the kid at the counter told me not a chance and was unwilling or unable to ask anyone else, so I have a full unusable cart that Im stuck with and the need for a new local store."

"Lots of selection here and there are different deals on different days of the week. The staff is always friendly and helpful. One thing that’s pretty not-cool about shopping here is that tips are solicited and expected. The owner of this store is responsible for paying his workers, not the customers. Retail shopping is not a tipping situation."
