"Wen, the barber at Balcony Barber is fantastic. Took a while for us to find his shop, tiny little corner in Pikes Place Market. Haircut was only $18 but best haircut my husband has had in awhile. Wen is fun to talk to and we really enjoyed this experience. Don't forget to bring cash as no cards are accepted. Every time we're back in Seattle area, my husband will be planning a trip in to see Wen at Balcony Barber!"

"Wen's shop is, without a doubt, the best value for a men's haircut that you can get in downtown Seattle. He's not a stylist, and this isn't a salon. This is a consistently good haircut for $18. If you live near Pike Place Market, or you visit here regularly, you should give him a shot. There's rarely a wait, and he works quickly. And even has a vacuum to clean off any stray hair after the cut. His shop is on level 5, at the top of the stairs leading down to level 4. Go down the stairs by the leather shop, past the bathrooms on the south end of the Market, go inside, past the candy shop and the western trading company, and Balcony Barber Shop is on the right. Wen works more than anyone I've ever seen, but keep in mind that the shop is now closed on Tuesdays."
