"I've been going to Details for over 2½ years, and they're the only place I'm willing to go to. They listen well and treat me with respect. The barbers are attentive and sometimes really funny and know how to treat you, as a customer, like family. I take my son to get his hair cut there as well. He's autistic and they're very patient with him, and they give him help when he needs it. I love this shop, and 10 outta 10 would recommend."

"Friendly service, good attention to detail, and relaxing care. Well priced and a good value in my opinion. It does take a while and they weren't punctual for my appointment though. I got a haircut, mid taper fade, from Thai today and he did a nice job. It looks clean, and is what I wanted. It was $30 , which I thought was good value. He also did a nice job with straight razor shave of back of my neck, some scalp massage points, and percussion massage of my upper back. I almost fell asleep a few times! Quite a pleasant and relaxing experience. Opportunity for improvement: it did take quite a long time , at over an hour. I also had an appointment booked and they were 15 minutes late getting to me. I'd certainly appreciate a bit more punctuality. This brings it down to four stars."

"Recently moved up to WA, was a bit nervous about finding a new barber, as I've gone to the same one for over 25 years. I have to say 5/5 got a amazing haircut at a good price, It was a great experience and more than I was expecting for 25$ I was a walk in and only waited a few minutes. My Barber was Thai, he was awesome, Even the owner Nguyen herself made sure my cut was perfect! I can say with confidence I've found my new Barber shop."

"WARNING IF YOU WANT ANYTHING OTHER THAN A FADE: This was by far the least communicative barber I've ever had. Before I had said a full sentence about how I wanted my hair cut she already buzzed the side of my head to a 15mm. The right picture was what I showed her and the left was what I got. I asked for "about an inch off the top" yet she cut nearly 3in in total. EDIT: The owner reached out, apologized and gave a full refund. Unfortunately hair can't be put back but I still wanted to acknowledge their forthrightness in addressing the issue. EDIT 2: the owner has continued to text me. This message really shows to me that they don't think they did anything wrong. "I watched the camera. She might did a little shorter than what you wanted but not that bad. You wanted shorter than the picture you showed. Before she cut, she showed and asked you how much. She tired to make you look good with new haircut. She doesn't speak English much but very nice and hard worker. The people read your review will think " what is wrong with this guy" the short hair in the picture is look so good. He might just want the refund. I gave refund because of her fault. And for you. Money is not everything to us..Life is short and hair grows. Enjoy your new hair. It's look great on you.""
