"Single barber shop that only accepts cash. I made an appointment and arrived early, then when the barber was finished with the previous customer I was told someone else would go before me. I asked what was going on because I called ahead and made an appointment, but he said something I couldn't understand, he wasn't able to speak much English. I don't have time to waste on businesses that don't respect my time and can't communicate, and make it difficult to pay. On top of that he wouldn't allow me or my children to sit in the waiting chairs, we were told to stand outside."

"I've been going to him for years and about a year and a half ago I started growing my hair out in a very specific look. I showed him the photos of how I wanted it and he started shaping my hair. Every time since I showed him the pic he nodded, said yes and went to work on shaping. Today he looked at the photo like always and then proceeded to completely butcher the work he'd done for all that time. I tried to ask what did he do and he just nodded and said, "yes, just like picture" I realized the language barrier was just too great and a year and half of work lost in a moment. I will not be going back the language barrier is just too much."

"I almost don’t want to write this because I don’t want him too get busy. Called Wednesday, he picked up first ring and saw me late that afternoon. Very friendly, epic photos of the owner all over the wall, uses a little massage pad thing at the end and I couldn’t believe the price. Maaaybe I’ve had a better fade but this place is the best barber of four I’ve had in seattle"

"Woah this was bad. He trimmed the bottom half of my undercut and left the top half of it untouched. I didn’t even realize this until I got home because he didn’t offer me a mirror or anything. In fact, I gave him a $20 bill for the $12 haircut and he said “ok bye!” So….I guess he’s just keeping that. I ended up going home and cutting my own hair to fix the haircut this man gave me. Not a great use of time or money."
