"Came in for screws that I buy all the time from here. The last few times they’ve been out of the screws I need. This time was the last straw tho. Was told last time that they would stock more of the screws I order since they were out last time. I came to get the screws today only to be told they were out. Not only that, they only stock 1 bag of screws per sku now. No more. I buy 2-4 bags at a time and have for years. This really is a stupid decision to only stock 1 bag at a time. Hate that it’s came to this, but I’ll be going elsewhere for screws and hardware from now on. Fastenal has slowly just dwindled into a company that just doesn’t seem to care anymore."
