"Very disappointing the individual filling propane refused to fill tanks after we waited for him to fill his friend's 2 tanks all the while laughing and joking he did not even say anything just walked off and went inside sent my son in and he said he was too busy. The weather is cold and this is for heat. The man was not busy but was clearly annoyed with having to be outside for a few minutes to fill a propane tank. Pure laziness"
