"He needs to be fired. His name is Ricky kuman. He was saying to a little child “ are you going to cryyy” sarcastically. Then as we leaving we waves both his hands flipping us off while laughing. Extremely unprofessional. The lady working with him was defending the actions. Keep in mind we did absolutely nothing rude nor cussed at him for being rude to our kid. We are not the first to complain about him. And he needs to be fired."

"Everytime I have a late night hunger I gotta say, the pizzas that they cook, Hot on the Spot is such a hook up. Its no Papa Murpheys, but they accept EBT and will bake it in minutes. In my opinion, They use to taste like Cardboard, but somewhere somehow they stepped it up! The Late Night staff is Fast, Friendly and Ready. In and out, Fresh Pizza and a case of beer always open for that 10 mins before 2 A.M. alcohol run. And Im still in my house slippers. Thank you Rohit, and the rest of 7-Eleven Staff."

"NIGHT SHIFT MAN IS HORRIBLE!!!!!! The guy working night shift provides the WORST service I have ever had ANYWHERE!!!! I’ve have been coming to the 7-11 off Crosby rd. Tumwater WA, For over 10 years. The people who have worked here all know me and have always been great to do business with. But the man working the shift tonight is completely disrespectful and rude and it is not the first time i have had such a negative encounter with him. I asked to use my rewards number so that I could receive my discount on my purchase. he told me NO!!! he doesn’t HAVE TIME FOR THIS.!!!??????? I reminded him that I have been a loyal customer for many years and that I know that my loyalty points go towards a substantial discount on my purchase he said NO. I started to enter my phone number and he cancelled it mid entry and said dosnt work and I will pay full price. I I then went to re enter my phone number and He snatched the item off the counter and said well then you don’t get them. This is not the first encounter that I have had with this same man that was less than pleasant. I asked for his name and he said “it’s your choice” and refused to tell me who he was. He then charged my card for full price. After I told him I did not want the item. I have neighbors that come here and have been coming here for years and have all said the same of him. he is rude and will not speak to them but ignore them the entire time and is talking on his phone on speaker phone and refuses to help them. I am extremely reasonable and mild tempered, but the service that he is providing is giving this store and 7-11 brand a horrible reputation. I’m sure that there are records of who this particular man is if not, I have photographs and video. Like I said, I have been coming to this 7-Eleven for years and would like to continue to do so, but if he continues to treat people from the community that way it’s going to only hurt your reputation and business."

"Not kind Crews. They look so angry to work over there. Such a depressed place for customers. No one say welcome or greeting anything. Unhappy place.. My husband said to employee the beverage fountain didn’t work I guess my drink isn’t sweet taste like a water. But They didn’t respond to him anything. They didn’t change the fountain tank or switch the new one."

"I wouldn't even give this place a star! Worst 7/11 EVER! CASHIER WHO WORKS NIGHTS IS VERY unprofessional, Rude don't follow 7/11 promotions, place is dirty inside and out..I'm not the only one who feels this way as I talked to a few customers the night I had had it with this cashier. He said I could buy the candy for promo price nor cigarettes and even when I went to add my number on the 7/11 member computer he said it didnt work then I went to do it the 2nd time and he just came uncorked! Saying very aggtessavie NO don't USE DON'T WORK...HUM FUNNY THAT IT WAS TAKING MY NUMBER LIKE IT SHOULD I think there is some shady business going on..."
