"I’ve been turned away several times by employees who lock the door and yell out that we’re closed. Come back in 20 minutes.Tonight is number 3. No sign on the door listing when one might expect one of these employee convenience closures. Friday night and you’re closed at 9:40. Sorry, too far to come and be told I must wait outside in the cold for 20 minutes. I’ll try elsewhere from now on."
