"On 12/22/23 I contacted this shop a little after 12 PM and scheduled an appointment for 5 PM. I show up at 5:03 PM. The barber tells me he’s behind, I see a kid in his chair so I’m thinking it’ll be about a short wait. Nope, he finishes the kids hair, and starts on kid’s father’s hair. The barber made me wait over an hour DURING CHRISTMAS WEEKEND. Instead of properly informing of the wait time, giving me the option make use of my time or come back. Communication was poor, there was no remorse for wasting my time, AND HE KEPT MY CHANGE LOL. I was already extremely pissed and felt like me mentioning my change would’ve brought about conflict. This is my last attempt at trying to support black owned businesses in the Pacific-Northwest. We must do better by and for us. Especially in places and spaces like Oregon."

"I love getting my hair done at Queendom Cuts! One stop shop. I can get my cut, retwist, and style and be on my way. LaSheera always does a great job. Friendly environment and very fairly priced for her level of expertise."

"Truly wanted to support a Black business, but the service here definitely leaves something to be desired. I came in for a simple shaved head and to have my beard touched up and was appalled by the end result. No hot towel or lathering agent was used on my head to prep hair and the razor felt more like a hair trimmer/shaper. If you can’t provide a service due to not possessing the skill needed, communicate that from the beginning so as to not waste anybody’s time. Knicks can and do happen with the best of them, but the fact that still managed to happen while going over my head multiple times with a dull blade certainly surprised me the most. Will not be back and this is definitely a lesson learned on my part. Perhaps he was having an off day, but Demond did not deliver with this cut."

"Friendly workers, great place to get a haircut. We went here for the first time, and we really liked the service, the haircut, and the employees. The gentleman who cut out hair took his time to find out exactly how we wanted it cut, ask us questions, and made us feel really comfortable, and that is important when you have a child with you. Nice place, we will be back to support you small business."
