"I’m a 70 year old man, went in to get my hair shortened/trimmed and she gave me a buzz cut like I was 9. I guess her interpretation of shortened is the whole head 1/16” buzz cut so beware…. Worst haircut I’ve had in my adult life. I still left her a tip but I will never go back."

"I stopped by the barbershop to get a haircut on Tuesday, December 17, 2.00 p.m. I was told that the shop did not take "walk ins" anymore and that I needed to make an appointment. I reserved a slot to get a haircut the next morning at 9:00 a.m. when I showed up the next morning at 9;00 a.m. I was told that I was late and that therefore the barber ,(she) had taken another ,(walk- in) customer. The next appointment available was 10;20 a.m. I declined and will not be patronizing this shop anymore"
