"Yeah I think these guys could be a little better there they're kind of like you know you have to watch him cuz I think they're they're prices on as good as they should be but other than that and I got my backpack in my hat stolen one day but that's really not their problem it's you know that's the way things go now with the homeless and stuff and you know crime especially when you're you know it's like right by the door so you know somebody would just have a lookout and then they just take it but you know it is convenient from my house I can drive my scooter there if I have to so it's it's okay."
"Money Services need to be separated from Customer Service or have one employee focused on Money Services only. These Money transactions often take up to 30 minutes while a long line of customers wait absolutely ridiculous amounts of time for a quick return or other transaction."
